  • Yes - Our Physiotherapist Sharne is a former NCAA Division 1 swimmer and has many years experience swimming coaching and training. Sharne offers 1:1 swim coaching for triathletes, hybrid athletes, master's swimmers and adults who are wanting direction with training and stroke correction. You will organise with Sharne to meet at the local swim pool.

  • No - Our performance sessions are designed for individuals who are rehabbing, work on general fitness, weight loss, strength or just wanting to elevate their training.
